We had such a fantastic experience with Dylan! He was right on time, incredibly organised, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. His professionalism and efficiency made the whole moving process so much smoother and less stressful. Dylan managed to fit so much into one van, which really helped us save both time and money—something we truly appreciated. On top of all that, he was friendly, easygoing, and great to work with. Dylan from Van & I is absolutely superb and we will definitely use his services again in the future. I asked for his help to collect sofas from Stroud and deliver it to Chepstow on a weekend. Nothing was too much of a hassle. He was very professional: prompt in his communication with both me and the person selling the sofas; thorough in terms of a formalised sales receipt; and excellent in communicating with me in terms of tracking his movements so I knew when to expect his arrival. Dylan helped me move the sofas into the house and was absolutely lovely in person: very friendly, very professional and very hard working. His prices are extremely reasonable too, and work out cheaper and far less hassle than hiring a van yourself. It was a real pleasure to meet Dylan and we will definitely ask for his help again in future.
