Whether it’s a bulky sofa, a garage clearout, or a move across town, Van & I offers friendly, reliable transport across Tremorfa and beyond. I’m regularly working around Pengam Green, Splott Market, and the new developments near East Moors Road.
I’ve helped with flat moves from Freshmoor Road, picked up white goods from Rover Way, and done late-night IKEA runs to the newer estates around Compass Court. Tremorfa’s mix of old-school roads and modern builds means access can vary — but I know which corners to cut (and where not to park).
From single items to full vanloads, I offer flexible and professional man and van services — short-notice bookings welcome, and always just a quick message away.
Use the contact link or check the homepage to get in touch — I usually reply faster than the lights change at the Rover Way roundabout.
Tremorfa doesn’t mess about. My day began near Tremorfa Park 🌳, dodging footballers warming up while I tried to reverse the van into a space narrower than a shoebox 🚚. The job: shifting endless boxes of tools and gym equipment (why so many dumbbells?!).
Stairs? Brutal. The customer lived on the third floor of a block near Rover Way, and the lift had “Out of Order” written in bold 🛑. Cue me carrying treadmills and sofas like a budget strongman competitor 💪.
Lunch was a rescue mission to The Grange pub 🍺, where a sandwich and pint-sized lemonade kept me going. The highlight came when a neighbour offered me a shortcut through the alley, saving about 20 minutes of back-and-forth.
By evening, I was drenched in sweat but smugly satisfied. Tremorfa may test your endurance, but it also rewards you with little moments of community spirit.
