Van & I is your local, reliable man and van you can count on right across Glan Llyn — from the lakeside paths to Phoenix Way — and I’m often out in nearby Llanwern, Queensway, and Duffryn.
It could be collecting flat-pack furniture from the retail park, moving boxes from a new-build on Rosemead Drive, or clearing a garage near the lake. I know Glan Llyn’s new estate layouts, parking bays, and best cut-throughs, so your job is done quickly and without hassle.
From home moves and small business deliveries to single-item pick-ups, I offer friendly, flexible, and professional van help here in Glan Llyn. Short-notice bookings are no problem — just drop me a quick message.

Unlike the older parts of Newport, Glan Llyn feels shiny and new 🏡. Wide roads, fresh estates, and sat-nav instructions that mostly make sense (for once). My first delivery is near the Llanwern steelworks site, where the industrial backdrop towers against the clean housing developments.
But new estates have their own curse: every street looks the same 😵. I circle Llanwern Road three times before realizing the house I need is hidden behind a row of identical driveways.
Mid-shift, I head toward Eastern Business Park. Dropping parcels to offices feels like a breeze compared to stair-laden flats. On the way back, I swing by the Glan Llyn lake 🦢, watching swans glide across while I munch on a sandwich in the cab. Not a bad lunch spot.
Of course, the calm doesn’t last. A sudden downpour turns fresh pavements into puddle traps 🌧️. My socks are soaked, and I trudge up to yet another front door where the customer cheerfully says, “Oh, I didn’t think you’d come in this weather!”
By evening, Glan Llyn glows with tidy lights and neatly parked cars—though there’s never a free spot when I need one. Still, compared to the maze of older Newport streets, it feels like a delivery holiday. 🚚
